Divar: Iran’s leading classified marketplace, used by 57M+ people. I designed high-traffic discovery and posting experiences—including Saved/Recent Searches (used by ~2M users) and an in-flow image editor that reduced avoidable ad rejections. I also introduced the team’s first regular design critique sessions, improving collaboration and design quality.

At IranServer, I redesigned and optimized the client portal used by ~100,000 users/month, improving core journeys and the overall UX. I also streamlined the domain search and registration flow, increasing search → registration conversion by 20%, while reducing bounce and improving engagement. In a 1,000-customer survey, IranServer’s Tangibles, UX, and Usability scores ranked highest .
